What is Accredited Exercise Physiologist [AEP]?

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist [AEP] is a university qualified health professional that prescribes exercise for individuals with long term or chronic medical conditions or injuries.

An Exercise Physiologist will conduct an assessment to determine your individual needs and create an exercise program.
