We are pleased to announce that Vitality Health & Rehab will be expanding our allied health services with the addition of a Physiotherapist- Amy Pennefather, commencing August 2026. Referrals are now being accepted ahead of her start date. Amy is a physiotherapist with 10 years experience across hospital and private practice settings. 
 
Our Physiotherapy service will complement our existing Exercise Physiology services, allowing us to provide a seamless, multidisciplinary rehabilitation pathway for clients across a broad range of conditions, including:
 

• Musculoskeletal conditions

• Osteoarthritis

• Orthopaedic injuries and rehabilitation

• Oncology rehabilitation 

• Falls and balance 

• Dizziness and vestibular conditions

• Concussion

• Functional capacity assessments

• Strength, mobility and falls prevention
